How we research, write and review
This page explains how Blockchaindose works: how we choose topics, check facts, review projects, correct mistakes and make money – so you can judge our content for yourself.
Last updated: October 27, 2026
In short
- We are independent and do not promote projects for payment.
- Facts come from primary sources, and we link to them.
- Reviews are our assessment at a point in time – never a recommendation to buy.
- We fix mistakes and update articles when things change.
- Nothing we publish is financial advice.
Our mission
Crypto is full of noise: big promises, unclear language and content written to sell something. Our mission is to explain blockchains, crypto projects and Web3 clearly and honestly, so that readers understand what they are looking at before they make any decision.
Independence
We do not accept payment for positive reviews or for covering a project. Advertisers, affiliate partners and the projects we write about have no influence on what we publish or on our conclusions.
If we ever publish sponsored content, it will always be clearly labelled as sponsored at the top of the article.
How we choose topics
We cover topics that help readers understand the crypto space: questions readers ask us, major changes to blockchain networks, new research and data, and projects that people are paying attention to. Popularity alone is not a reason to cover a project – and we are happy to say “skip this one” when that is our honest view.
Research and fact-checking
We work from primary sources wherever possible:
- official documentation, whitepapers and code repositories;
- on-chain data and block explorers;
- research papers and studies (with authors and publication dates);
- publications of regulators and official institutions.
Every important figure has a source and a date, and we link to it so you can check it. We do not publish unverified accusations, and we only quote real, named people.
How we review blockchains and projects
Our reviews look at the same questions for every project, so they can be compared:
- Technology – how it works and what problem it actually solves;
- Team and transparency – who is behind it and what they disclose;
- Tokenomics – supply, distribution and what the token is used for;
- Security – audits, past incidents and known weaknesses;
- Adoption – real usage, ecosystem and developer activity;
- Risks – what could go wrong for users.
A review describes a project at the time of writing. It is not a recommendation to buy, sell or hold anything.
Updates and corrections
Crypto changes fast. We update articles when important facts change and show the date of the latest update.
If you find a mistake, email us at info@blockchaindose.com with the subject “Correction” and a link to the article. We review every report, fix factual errors and, where a correction changes the meaning of an article, we say so in the article.
Use of AI tools
We may use software tools, including AI-based tools, to help with research, data processing or proofreading. Every article is written or edited, fact-checked and approved by a named human author, who is responsible for its content.
How we make money
Blockchaindose is funded by display advertising. Some articles may contain affiliate links: if you sign up through them, we may earn a small commission at no extra cost to you. Revenue never decides what we write or how we rate a project.
Not financial advice
Our content is for information and education only. Crypto assets are volatile and you can lose money. Read our full disclaimer.
